In order to run Playstation One games, you need to install the BIOS file.
The file you’re looking for is named, “SCPH7502.BIN”. Search for it on the internet.
Once you’ve downloaded this file, ssh into the Raspberry Pi 2 via-FileZilla and place it into this directory
You will now be able to play Playstation One games.
Most games that use a lot of 3D rendered environments will not play at optimal speeds. This includes 3D fighters, simulators, etc.
Also remember that the SNES controller lacks R2 and L2 trigger buttons so games that utilize these buttons as a core action should be avoided.
Place all Playstation One .bin files into this directory:
Note: Some PSX games have multiple .bin files. This requires a special program to merge all .bin files into a single .bin file.
